The commercial reality
Terms, stated once
EXW Riga by default. First order full prepayment, larger orders 50 percent on order and 50 percent before shipment. Gross weight is calculated as boxes plus 25 kg per EPAL pallet, always rounded up.
Lead times you can plan against
Under roughly 50 kg dispatches in two to three days. Larger volumes are confirmed per order. We would rather confirm a real date than publish an optimistic one.
Documentation that survives an audit
Certificate of Quality per batch. Third party testing through J.S. Hamilton Baltic and Eurofins, since we run no in house lab and will not pretend otherwise. Records held five years. No recall to date.
